Hayways LLC was launched with a single Boeing 737 family passenger aircraft. In November 2023, it expanded into cargo with a Boeing 737-400SF and, from 2024, shifted its main focus to air cargo transportation, supporting the ambition to help establish civil cargo aviation in Armenia.
Today, Hayways operates as an Armenia-based cargo carrier with three operating priorities: safety first, quality control, and commercial flexibility. Safety is built into training, standards, and risk management across flight operations and cargo handling. Service is designed for consistency and long-term partnerships with customers, partners, and employees. Commercial terms are structured to stay responsive, as pricing adapts to seasonality, load factor, and competition, with package options for agents and special fares for top-selling partners.
Hayways supports its operations and commercial management through cooperation with InteliSys Aviation Systems and its cloud-based Amelia platform for airline operations, revenue, and customer experience management.
